I attended East West College of the Healing Arts and I have been practicing massage therapy since December 2014. I use a combination of deep tissue and therapeutic Swedish flow to address pain and tension in the body. I also utilize cupping therapy, hot stones, dry brushing, and Reiki healing. Every session is individualized to meet each client's treatment needs. I believe that massage is a beautiful and powerful way to facilitate healing and overall well being. My goal is to provide my clients with pain relief, relaxation, and a feeling of whole body wellness.
When I'm not at work I enjoy baking, reading (I love book recommendations!), and hiking.
I also love spending time with my wonderful husband and our perfect little black cat, Rhubarb.
